Step 1.
Start by putting on your body armor in its existing carrier and then measure the
gap or overlap (if there is one) on the side of your body. You will need to write
this measurement down on your order form.
Step 2.
Now measure the gap between the bottom of your pads and your belt line. You will
also need to write this measurement down on your order form.
Step 3.
Take off your body armor and trace the front panel on a piece of newspaper.
Be certain to trace ONLY the body armor not the carrier.
Step 4.
On a separate piece of newspaper, trace the back panel of your body armor.
Again, trace ONLY the body armor - not the outer carrier.
Step 5.
Write on your front panel tracing where you want your utility pockets to be placed.
List where the pockets should go by simply writing the name of the item (cuffs, pen, radio, etc.) on the area.
Step 6.
Trace the items you want pockets made for - be certain to trace them in BOTH directions (see picture) so that we
can get the measurements of all the item's dimensions. Do this for radio, mobile phone, pepper spray, ammo clips, etc.
Step 7.
Print out the order form from this website and fill it out.
Be sure to include the color you want of your BPVC and your
lettering - as well as the measurements you took in
Steps 1 & 2.
